It had a roof

The mold in the bathroom, the roaches, the very thin blanket, the roaches, the old mattresses where you can hear and feel every spring, the roaches. The staff completely incompetent. She had my ID but still checked me into the wrong room, then charge me the pet deposit but put it on the wrong room. I told staff I wasn’t happy with my stay the first night and wanted to know how it worked if I cut my stay short, she told me I could just book a hotel room somewhere else completely silly. I’ve been had to explain that I know how to book a hotel room I just wanna know how I can go about getting a refund for my stay and not even the first night. I just needed a refund for the second night. I asked specifically if I checked out by 11 can I get a refund. She told me that the pet deposit are nonrefundable and I would have to go through booking, but it was during a holiday so I was not able to contact booking. I decided that it wasn’t worth it to just suck it up so I stayed another night only to be crawled on by roaches and I had to bring my own blanket.

Great location and Staff.

The bed was awful. 1 room the ice maker didn't work. We ended up having to fix the toilet because it would start pouring water every where from the tank. The door lock didn't work at all and it said there should be a coffee maker in the rooms but never seen one. Make sure to read about breakfast because its only muffins, coffee, hot tea and oatmeal.

Hard bed bugs in bathroom sink. Chair old and torn. Room needs remodeling

Very bad physical condition. Furniture in bad shape. Not kept up. Broken items.
