Really poor lighting in the room. Run down in areas. Bath towels ragged and ROUGH Breakfast fair. Staff didn’t use gloves to put out food into containers that was unwrapped

The location was convenient and a short drive to Seton Hill University. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast wasn’t extravagant, but you could get what you needed to start the day.

The clientele during the week was a bit rough. As a mom traveling alone with kids, I was a bit uncomfortable. There were dogs barking the first two days that did not sound friendly, and I’m a dog person. There appeared to be residents living there. On the weekend the clientele changed to mostly travelers.

Breakfast was awesome, staff were sweet, and the location was completely and utterly perfect. Best hotel I've been to in years. And I'm happy my son had a great time here too. He's never been to a hotel like this before and he's only ever gone to red roof inn once.

Well... There was a cleanliness issue when moving into our last room but other than that it's fine.

Property is good, but not maintained at all. There are slot machines in the lobby, and extremely dark and shady

My room had body hair from previous occupants all over the bed, the sheets stank, and so did the bathroom. I doubt they even changed the sheet before I move in.

Large room; king bed; fridge; coffee maker; breakfast included. Only thing expected was king bed (booking.com did not offer oher details - I looked).

Crappy scrambled eggs (made from powder???). Great that place is pet friendly, but didn't appreciate some of the pet owners. Barking... "shut up or I'll slap you". Yuk.

I NEVER leave reviews but feel it is my responsibility to leave on for this location. It is advertised very different than what you get. I booked a suite with a kitchenette and it didn't even have paper towels or a means to clean up after a small meal. The hotel is extremely dated and needs huge upgrades in order to be slightly comfortable. The one thing this hotel has going for it is their night attendant, Amberly (I believe is her name), she is very kind as well as is genuinely concerned about the guests and their needs.

It is extremely dated, beds uncomfortable, facilities not clean, even the grounds around the hotel require attention. The pet area is a nice thought but cant really retain a pet because of the holes in the fence...
