Hotel Herencia By Hosting House

We loved everything about this property. Location, cleanliness, exceptional staff. Property is just beautiful.

A little loud since vehicles continuously pass by. It is in the center of Morelia so it is expected.

It was excellent, it was hard to find and inconvenient for dropping off the luggage!

The food was delicious, the service was exceptional and the rooms were clean.

The place is beautiful

Parking is far from the place, dropping off your luggage is hell because of the traffic on the main avenue. Workers that take care of the parking lot are really mean. Two different workers on different days were really hard to deal with. The location is noisy, there's no way around it because it's right on downtown area. This might be too much of a stretch but I had never stayed in a hotel where they don't give you any water. Bar is super expensive so please check prices before having a drink. I just don't think the price is worth it compared to other hotels in the area

The personal there lacks the sensitivity to accommodate people with mobility issues. No elevator and still don’t really offer help for seniors staying there. The junior suites are an issue, your bed is on an attic but the bathroom on the first floors. Very inconvenient place in many ways.

The location was great , a block away from the cathedral

The music from nearby clubs/bars was terrible, it went on till after 2am each night. Also cars and motorcycles driving passed till the early hours playing loud music. Even though we were at the back of the hotel we could still hear it and kept us awake all night

Would definitely be back and recommended to family members

Lovely and quirky in the center of activities with no reprieve from the all night nightlife. Tough to find with the one way traffic and congestion. Look for the historic cathedral. Staff helped by parking the car for us.
