Was great ! Very friendly

Breakfast was excellent! They even left it out for the late comers. Quality of food was like going to a really good breakfast buffet.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

So far this is my go to hotel when I'm traveling. I like that the suites offer a kitchen/ living area. Raven was an excellent front desk representative. She was very kind and helpful.

When I arrived there were dead insects on the floor. A few very obvious stains on the carpet and a strange smell coming from the kitchen sink. I had to stay the first night in that room. I was moved to another room the next day. The 2nd room TV was out of order. I was unable to watch TV. Which is very important for Me. I also didn't enjoy breakfast like I usually do. Seemed like less variety/ options. They also ran out of bacon. No salsa for the eggs. Only cinnamon waffle mix was available.

The staff were friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory for our needs and the evening offering of beer and wine social a nice addition. all the other amenities provided were appreciated, from the laundry to the swimming pool.

We had had some issues with some small flies in our room that were there where when we arrived. A member of Reception staff did try to help with this problem. I am not aware of anyone resolved this. We kept all edible items either in the fridge or in the microwave to ensure nothing out to attract them. They were a minor bother- probably time of year. None seen on last day.
