Breakfast was ok. the buffet was limited in options. a-la-carte was perhaps a better option. the food (lunch and dinner) were quite good. loved them. the property was very well maintained. liked the verandahs in front of the rooms. great view.

I think, the rooms were given a bit of victorian feel. we personally like modern rooms with bright lights etc. therefore - were a bit put off by it. bathroom could have been cleaner. did not like the smell of naphthalene in the room & toilet. the mattress was old perhaps therefore not very supportive and linen could have been whiter and crisper. the comforter was definitely lumpy.

Rooms were very old. The size mention on the booking.com is wrong. Rooms were very small and smelly. Half of the things were broken. There was no network of Jio or Airtel. Wifi was very poor. All the rooms were joined nearby. There are sitting area just outside of every room. whole night people were drinking and playing loud music on their personal speakers. I have stayed in many pachamarhi' hotels. So far this is the worst

the Staff was excellent and the night safari added to the joy. Food was also good and was like home cooked. the whole environment was great.

breakfast could have some more options. evening acivities or high tea is also suggestive.

The staff was polite and very attentive.
