How clean is was

Cassandra takes care of guests. 100+ nights for me or first timers. Thank you.

Pool indoors, breakfast was fresh and hot.

Housekeeping was not on tge ball. Forgot to leave towels one day and tge next didn't show up at all.

Peaceful

Not a lot of restaurants around to pick from?

Booking itself had overbooked the hotel, and in fact if they had not reworked the rooms at the hotel, we would not have had a room. The hotel took it upon themselves to personally call us. Let us know initially that we had been overbooked and didn’t have a room, but they were going to see what they could do. They were able to work. Some magic in my family was able to stay.

That somehow booking is able to overbook

The room was clean.

We only got clean towels but they left everything else untouched. The second morning there was no coffee. They ran out of coffee beans and put a sign up to use the other machine and it was empty. This is was totally unacceptable. To lazy to fill up the beans in the coffee machine. They charged me more than what I was book for almost $50 more. I asked for an invoice and still haven’t received it. The “special” cinnamon roll that everyone says that was good, was awful!! They were stale and dry! Will I be back. Absolutely not!
