The day staff were friendly. The evening staff were not we would walk in and were not acknowledged at all. We were also unable to swim due to the pool heater being down.

nothing, they are crooks

Holiday Inn express in Fulton, MS double charged me for the stay on Feb 10 on top of the payment I made through Booking.com When I called the Hotel to point that out, they refused to discuss it with me and said Call Booking.com Needless to say I am outraged.
