Ohana Phnom Penh Palace Hotel

Good locale, nice breakfast, right on Walk Street which is not like Pattaya- its food and street vendors, music and lots of fun.

Construction nearby, there is a lot all over Phnom Penh , so its just part of the city at this time.

Yes but maybe more hashbrown breakfast style potatoes . Smaller cut potatoes go good with everything for westerners. Ketchup and Salsa always a big plus. Westerners love potatoes with butter and ketchup.

ATM didn't work. Maybe better money exchange for westerners. We like to feel safe using atm and money exchange at hotel.

Location and facilities were very good.

Our air-conditioning was very loud but was repaired after we made staff aware. There was no curtain on the shower which allowed water to spray onto the floor. Breakfast was substantial but unusual combinations for us but understand that the majority of customers would like what was available.

Bien place, proche marche, riviere et palais royal. Vu sur pagode meme au 1er etage (plus pour longtemp car construction d un batiment). Superbe piscine raffraichssante et surberbe vue sur rooftop, (et jacuzzi)

Ce n est pas la faute de l hotel mais, il y a un batiment en construction juste en face de ma fenetre (au 1er etage). La vue sur la pagode sera probablement cache par la suite).

Hotel has a great location

I have stayed here many times over the past seven years, this is the first time that the breakfast wasn’t as great as it was before. Hot dishes were limited and not too tasty.

Authentically friendly, incredibly helpful staff, brilliantly clean also. The pool is a fantastic size, I could have a lane proper swim in the sunshine. The gym was well equipped for my partner. Location is fantastic, right in town near the river and next to the bustling market also. Did I mention the staff?!? The lady on the desk during our stay, Chiang Mai, went above and beyond her job I’m sure, she was absolutely fantastic! Thank you :)

The breakfast did let the hotel down sadly, as we weren’t told you could order eggs and bacon when we arrived although my partner did ask! I enjoyed the fresh fruit however, the baked beans were freezing cold and the local food selection was quite poor for the price.
