Very clean and friendly people.

Nothing almost everything was to our satisfaction the only downside was that in the wet room they had a static chair with arm. Were as my husband was in a electric wheelchair and only as one leg so he couldn’t transfer. They Could do with putting a chair with lockable wheels and remove able arms other than that everything else was excellent.

Cheap with hidden terms and conditions

1. The mattress was overused.could feel the springs. I went in with a good back,left the place with bad back pain 2. Hidden terms and conditions not on description. 3. Hidden charges. Regarding breakfast. 4. No take away,no bringing any food in. This was not in the description
