Village House Coaching Inn

The staff were excellent friendly and welcoming. They made sure that we had all we needed during the stay. Food was also good. We also felt everywhere was clean. We were attending a 70 th do in the area so that was all we required. Very satisfied.

Staff were welcoming and the lady on hand for the self service continental breakfast was particularly obliging. This is a very old building that has been updated, as sympathetically as possible, to provide the conveniences we have all come to expect, so room a little cramped.

Clean environment, staff and management very caring and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was fine. The food was very good well cooked and the service was fine. Not much to complain about, the price was well placed

The staff here are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. The food is first class, all in all a lovely place to stay. Accommodation and plumbing a bit dated but did not affect enjoyment of my stay

I've stayed here three times. It is a great pub, with friendly locals and excellent staff, fabulous location, and easy parking. Cannot recommend highly enough

Very enjoyable ... attractive old coaching inn ..friendly helpful staff but breakfast not available weekdays when I understood it was to be. Possibly due to lack of staff.
