“The hotel and the staff are very kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Jane, Tahoo, Mai, Rang, and Arty for their excellent service. They are wonderful and respectful people. In addition, the hotel is in a great location and is exceptionally clean. Highly recommended!

They are doing maintenance but it doesn't really bother them.

I like the breakfast here, lobby is comfortable. Just the swimming pool is under maintenance during my stay, a bit disappointed.

The room shower is poor. Water mixer not consistent, even you try to adjust it. Drainage also very slow. This 2 problem we already told front desk, they say will ask maintenance come to solve it but I dun think they do anything in that bathroom.

I recently stayed at Nap Patong Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The front desk team and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Every guest was greeted with the brightest smiles, and the staff were always ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to New, Mim, B, Arty, Tan, and Run for their exceptional hospitality and service throughout our stay. They truly made us feel comfortable and valued from the moment we arrived. Although the pool is currently closed for renovation, the overall experience was still excellent thanks to the amazing service provided by the team. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out and made our trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Patong!
