Nap Patong

A reggeli nagyon változatos, bőséges, sokféle étel volt. A hotel ízlésesen kialakított, nem lelakott, a személyzet kedves, segítőkész. De ami a legjobb, hogy a part tényleg néhány lépésre van, közelben sok jó étterem van, mi főleg a parton lévőkben ettünk. A medence kellemes környezetben volt, sok napággyal.

Az egyetlen pici hiba, hogy este főidőben a wifi nem volt mindig tökéletes, de ezenkívül nem tudnék más rosszat mondani a szállásról. Ajánlom mindenkinek!

We came here for our honeymoon. The location was perfect because it's close to the city center and at the same time it's very quite at night, which is pretty rare in Patong! We had a little problem with the water temperature in the shower but the manager dealt with the situation very well. They immediately sent us a technician for checking and then they changed our room right away. All the staff members are super kind! We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is located within a 2 min walk to Patong Beach. Within easy walking is a 7 eleven, Bangla Rd and Jucelyon shopping centre. You don’t need to walk far and there is a mountain of food options. The rooms are extremely spacious with a balcony and couch. Unfortunately we had a few problems during our stay. Upon getting to our room we realised we had no wifi. We tried to call reception but our phone wouldn’t work. We had to go back downstairs to get the wifi and inform the staff the phone didn’t work. Upon inspection the phone was replaced. Later that evening when we showered the water didn’t drain away. After 10 mins maintenance came as the water still hadn’t drained away and they had to plunge the drain. The shower water was always only warm and would have bursts of cold. We stayed fours nights and on our last night after a long day we got back to our room after 6pm to find our room still hadn’t been made up. The manager was very apologetic and offered me a full massage and gave my husband two beers at the bar whilst our room was getting made up. After our room had been made up the cleaners didn’t refill the toilet paper. What we can say is the breakfast was great with a lovely selection of hot and cold dishes and eggs made to order. If we hadn’t had all these problems I would have given this hotel 5 stars.
