Great location nice comfortable room excellent breakfast with great choice of food including porridge which was good. Friendly helpful host lovely service at breakfast. Nice comfortable lounge with bar to sit in with great views of llandudno also nice garden chairs on patio for views of llandudno. Would recommend for any one visiting llandudno

Could do with plugs both sides of bed for charging mobile phone but it's a older building so might be difficult to sort but very minor point and didn't spoil our stay

It was perfect. It was lovely and clean beds very comfortable breakfast was fabulous. This place is great for everything, staff lovely and right in the heart of Llandudno. Would definitely recommend

Location, cleanliness, comfy bed, friendly staff, Just perfect

The View lives up to it's name, as The View is amazing! Overlooking the bay, beach, pier & located in an elevated position to give you the extra panoramic sights, Llandudno has to offer. A warm friendly welcome awaits, and this family-run Bed & Breakfast offers good comfort, a cracking breakfast & ideally situated position within the town. Our room was facing the rear of the property, sadly, no seaviews, but the room was bright, comfortable and very clean. Street parking is the only option, however, we always managed to find a space & you can park & drop on arrival & departure. Staff are super friendly, and accommodating, very fun & helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice & always freshly made.

Great location right next to the promenade & shops. Owner was very friendly & staff efficient. The room was easy to access and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and there was plenty of tea/coffee etc. in the room. The view from the bar/reception was nice if you wanted to sit there. Breakfast was nice although because i hadnt known what i wanted the night before, when i saw the fruit & yogurt i wish i had ordered those… my cooked breakfast was good though. Parking was not a big issue even on Easter weekend, we just parked in the promenade bays and paid.

View from the room looked out onto ladders and reno equipment. There were a few stains on the chair covers and headboard but it’s not a huge deal. The breakfast slots could have been an issue as we arrived after other guests and were left with the latest slot which didn’t suit but the staff were accommodating.

I didn't like that u have to sever yourself in the bar when it say it as a bar also I didn't like the way it say there can go in to yiur room if u are in or our to look to see if u can got any bottles of wine that u bring in and there say they will coat u 8 pounds for then to get rid of then also it cost u 5 pounds to open a bottle of wine when I have to sever yourself at the bar also it say it as a mountin view if u call a wall a mountain then we had it lol 😆

Cleanliness 10/10 pleasant surrounds food was perfect very comfortable
