They do not clean your room daily. Only towel exchange. After a few days the beds are full of sand from the beaches. The front desk lady was not very friendly. Everything you asked it seemed like an inconvenience for her to answer. Some of the property looked to be abandoned.

Most of all knowing my maternal grandfather, who worked there in the 70's, planted trees there when I was a kid, trees I now get to enjoy.

I had a great stay at this villa! The rooms were very clean and spacious, and came equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee station, and even a mini stove perfect if you want to prep your own meals. It’s also relatively close to the cruise docking areas, so getting around the island was easy and convenient. The hotel staff will gladly call a taxi for you, but be sure to keep some cash on hand, rides typically range from $6 to $18 per person depending on where you’re headed. My only complaint is the cost of food if you’re eating out every day. The on-site restaurant could use a bit more variety in the menu, and the prices felt a bit steep. That said, overall I can’t complain, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Property does not offer housekeeping, or basic necessities like water. Had to call many times just for garbage bags or extra toiletries for the restroom.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The view was wonderful and our room was spacious, more like a suite as we stayed at Pirates Pension! We decided to rent a care and are glad we did as the property sits at the top of a hill. But it was gorgeous and well kept and the pool area is a nice addition. The restaurant is also a nice touch and the food is pretty good.

Great views! Food at the pool side restaurant was great. Not having daily housekeeping was a downfall and dragging luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs.

I had an excellent stay. The only improvement I found was the laundry room-they could use some improvement-i went to 2 separate ones. They were a little untidy.

After total renovations from hurricanes, rooms already starting to show wear. Wall are paper thin and can hear other guests. Staff could not have been ruder. The only positive is close to town.

This is a all around great hotel highly recommended very helpful people, my room was a very nice studio suit I enjoyed my stay.

The room & property was clean but the walls were paper thin. We heard everything from sneezing, to talking, to chairs being moved and even ice being put in glasses. The fact that there were doors between the rooms added to the noise coming thru. The staff seemed annoyed with the guests and were not very friendly. Other than that the views were spectacular.
