Nice friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony was great. Our only issue was the patio door required some effort to open and close but that was a minor issue.

The view is amazing and close to downtown

The room was ok. The view was laughable. The customer service was rude and nonexistent. The bar staff and food were excellent however.

Room was clean and well kept. The staff was nice, the restaurant was not impressive. A quick lunch by the pool is good but I would recommend finding dinner else where. The views from the pool deck are unbeatable. The room views shown in the photos are not identical to the room we stayed in, did not have a view from the room balcony. You cannot walk anywhere from this hotel due to the heat and massive incline, tho over priced taxis were readily available. Good luck

Everyone was very nice and the place was clean

They do not clean your room daily. Only towel exchange. After a few days the beds are full of sand from the beaches. The front desk lady was not very friendly. Everything you asked it seemed like an inconvenience for her to answer. Some of the property looked to be abandoned.

For a moderate budget this is a great place to stay. Our view of the waterfront was breathtaking. Our room was well stocked and very clean. There is a restaurant on property that serves great food. If you're not used to driving in St. Thomas and you rent a car the road up to the hotel property can be unsettling.
