"I Would really avoid this place if you are a young family"

The pool was nice enough and the room after changing due to the first one we were given smelling like smoke was good.

-The coldness on check in from the guy checking us in. -Breakfast was such poor quality and aimed predominantly at the Indian culture. - Having to pay for the room upfront on check in was really strange for us as everywhere we normally travel it’s pay on departure. - ensuring that we wait after check out 5 minutes so they can “check” the room to make sure there is no damage or that anything has been taken is a real let down. Did this with all guests. (A guest was being accused of stealing a hand towel on check out that was next to us) -No water refill stations around at all. - Asked us pay 800k ($80) for a late check out for the family with 2 young children even though they had confirmed before booking that there was not a fee subject to availability though. (It wasn’t available and then it was for $80)
