Conveniently located close to the airport. Efficient transfer surface back-and-forth to the airport included in the hotel price.

Staff could be more friendly. Departure of the transfer surface from the hotel to the airport should be exactly at the scheduled time, not 10 to 15 minutes later because some guests turn up late. The strength of this hotel is its location close to the airport with the transfer service, which means they will lose customers if the transfers do not leave spot on time.

Gave us an upgrade but had awful room with no view apart from a wall and I had booked a room with a balcony. Shower head was awful, water went all ways so difficult to rinse my hair
