"One night in Cleveland"

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was OK, nothing special but better than some I stayed with.

There were several "single men" hanging around & in the lobby when we checked if at 11:00 PM. When I went to park our vehicle, my wife stayed in the lobby with our bags. She did not like the way the men looked at her and that they spoke to each other in a foreign language. We will probably never stay there again.

"NOT A GOOD CHECK OUT. LACK OF COMMUNICATION"

I called on April 15 to cancel my second night both you and the motel... Got email telling me from you that the motel did not respond toy request to cancel the second night. I big argument broke out between the motel manager and myself. I showed them the email you sent were I requested to cancel my second night. I will go through you are that motel again. The request I made to cancel the second night I made in a week in advance. Not like I tried to cancel it the last minute. NOT GOOD. WAS NOT A PLEASANT CHECK OUT.

Beds were amazing! Smelled clean.

Breakfast....hot food was ice cold....eggs and sausage...still crystalized with ice. No one came to replenish anything. No one wiped off tables between use.
