"Nice hotel and staff. "

The room was great, nice and clean. We loved the shower and the bed was Comfy. Breakfast was good , hot and delicious. Our only complaint was that we were woke up very early around 5/530 with loud banging noise from room up above us. Not sure what it was , but it lasted a while and we didnt get a restful sleep because of it. We stay at this hotel quite frequently and this is the first time we have had this experience no matter what floor we were on.

Really accommodating and friendly staff plus so up to date that there are usb-c outlets in the rooms. Great property for any family visiting Starved Rock! We made a mistake in our booking and called the hotel to see what they could do to help us out… one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had recently! Rooms were very recently redone and were very clean and modern.

"Pool not heated"

Updated, clean motel. Good breakfast with a variety of choices to eat. Very friendly clerks. Was disappointed that although they had a pool, it was not heated. Toddler grandson had been looking forward to swimming. Would have booked elsewhere had we known that the pool was not heated.

The room, and the breakfast, and was very comfortable

I didn't like that the pool was freezing cold and the Jets were not working to make it warm, last time I was there the pool was in working order in the Jets were working and the pool was warm and wonderful
