"La Hacienda is a good hotel for just sleeping, even though the bed was not comfortable."

Location made major points of interest easily accessible. Value was acceptable given the alternatives.

The hotel is showing its age. The sink did not drain. Light switches were difficult to find and utilize. The bed was uncomfortable and only provided one sheet besides the top cover (that always gets removed).

"In the Streets of San Antonio."

Loved location & shuttle to the Majestic Theatre to see Robert Plant concert & back. Staff is very friendly & always ready to help you if needed. Thank you very much La Hacienda Hotel. We will be back.

No breakfast in the mornings.

We didn't stay. Your rating was very misleading.. The motel very old and dark inside. It is in a very scary looking neighborhood.

The motel inside old and moldy looking inside. The neighbor hood looked like awar zone. We did not feel safe there. Therefore we did not stay there.

The location.

No pool/hot tub, limited TV programs mostly audio only channels, no elevator, small/tight parking lot. Not bad for couple or young adults but not family friendly nor children friendly. I had to pay $50 cleaning fee after checkout because my granddaughter spilled a drink and I used a towel to clean up.. Daily soap dispenser in the tub/shower empty, no coffee or snacks for our 2nd day. No room service. Only booked for location not worth it again. Paid fee and leaving this rating based on what we experienced.
