Hotel Voramar Benicassim

De ontvangst was goed en vriendelijk. De kamer netjes en handig ingericht, groot bed! Het diner was prima, ontbijt lekker en uitgebreid. De bediening op het terras kwam wat ongeïnteresseerd over.

Buenas ubicación junto al mar. Lugar tranquilo, perfecto para pasear.

Parking is limited, and the smell of cleaning detergent is very strong.

The staff at reception and cleaning staff were excellent. The dining room evening staff were not! Three times two different waiters bumped into me as they rushed to another table - I was dining alone - and not one time did they apologize. Also, as an American, I am used to waiters checking on me after food has been delivered, I know that's not the Spanish way, but having to call a waiter over for everything, including the check, is poor customer service. Sorry.
