A notre arrivée, nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassés. Un grand merci à la réceptionniste et à la veilleuse de nuit pour leur dévouement. Le matin, je les ai informées d'un bruit dérangeant durant toute la nuit. Elles m'ont dit que j'aurais dû les prévenir hier soir pour que l'on nous change de chambre. Pour s'excuser de ce désagrément, elles nous ont offert les petits-déjeuners, qui sont d'ailleurs excellents. J'ai trouvé leur geste commercial très attentionné et très professionnel.
