Hotel en plein centre ville de Thônes, charme du vieux, reste dans son jus. Personnel accueillant et aimable. Chambre propre , bon emplacement Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant et avec quelques bons produits locaux, nous avons apprécié. Un peu cher au vue de la literie et non remboursable.

Lits très durs et oreillers à changer absolument. Un seul oreiller par personne, trop plats et très inconfortables. Plutôt anciens

Die Lage ist im Stadtzentrum, der Eingang ist schwer zu finden und es gibt keine eigene Parkplätze. Das Frühstück war ohne große Auswahl. Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und verwohnt.

Das Personal kann nur französich und wir nicht, so war die Verständigung sehr schwierig. Es gab praktisch keine Betreuung, keine Hilfe oder Ratschläge. Das parken im öffentlichen Raum war unpraktisch und Parkgebühren hätten auch noch anfallen können.
