Dass wir die E-Bikes in der Tiefgarage laden konnten war sehr gut. Patricia an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten kein Frühstück. Wir essen wenig am Morgen somit ist 20 Fr. zu viel.

Bequemes Bett. Gute Lage.

Zimmer wurden erst nach Anfrage gereinigt. Kaum Licht im Bad, man sieht sich im Spiegel nicht gut.

Das Zimmer war gross, aber mit eher altem Mobiliar. Wasserkocher vorhanden. Lage ruhig, nahe zum See und in 15-20min im Städtchen - 3 Sterne Der Eingang und die Flure chick. Anwesendes Personal sehr nett.

In der Homepage steht u.a: Klimaanlage und Gourmet Frühstück Im Zimmer gab es keine Lüftung! Der Frühstücksraum war wie eine Fabrikkantine. Tischsets gab es nur am WE. In der Homepage steht Gourmet Frühstück. Eher nicht bei 2 aufgebackenen Baguettes und Gipfeli. Käse gab es nur den geschnittenen Gouda und abgepackten Streichkäse. Haferflocken nur an einem Tag. Früche ja, grüne Bananen. Wenigstens der Kaffee war sehr gut Beim check out durfte man mit einer englisch sprechenden Dame online komunizieren?! Diesem Hotel würde ich niemals 4 Sterne geben.
