Keine Rezeption, nach Rauch stinkendes Zimmer, weit entfernt von der Innenstadt, unfreundliches Personal hat mir mein Ladekabel nicht wiedergegeben (wurde mir empfohlen Ihnen eine schlechte Bewertung dafür zu geben)

Gute Lage nahe der Straßenbahn

Mangelnde Sauberkeit des Zimmer, insbesondere des Badezimmers. Toilette verschmutzt, Abfluss verstopft, so dass die Dusche überlief und nur ein freipulen des Abflusses mit den Fingen eine kleine Verbesserung brachte. Leider absolut widerlich, wenn man bedenkt, dass es sich nicht um die eigenen Haare handelt.

I just wanted to have hotel which is close to airport. My expectation was not high for price. But place was worse than i imagined. 1- While it says 24/7 open reception, it was locked all the time. When you have a question or issue, there is nobody. Only you can text them from Whatsapp which is not professional. 2- Walls are very thin. You can litreally hear every position and argumant in next room... And there is nobody that you can report it and help for peace. 3- Check-in was not easy, it took time for workers to find my reservation. And they didnt ask my id or passport to sign. It's litreally like big family home. It has positive sides too. Rooms were clean and 2 Ladys were nice and willing to help but they dont even speak English... So i dont think i would prefer here again.
