Hotel Kingsley

What a fantastic find! We booked directly with Hotel Kingsley, which I'd definitely recommend. The hotel has recently been renovated, and everything was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable and close to Portside and both Eagle Farm & Doomben race tracks. We stayed for one night in a two-bedroom room that sleeps five. There were only four of us, but we loved the thoughtful touches—five bottles of water in the fridge, plus chocolates and biscuits for every guest. Reception also had complimentary chocolate chip and Anzac biscuits, which was a lovely surprise. The standout, however, was the staff. Every single person we dealt with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. It's the kind of service that really makes a stay memorable. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and all ordered the omelette special of the day. They were absolutely delicious and huge—excellent value and a great way to start the day. If you're looking for a clean, beautifully renovated hotel with thoughtful extras and outstanding customer service, Hotel Kingsley is an excellent choice. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Booking .com lists the room size as 80 sq metres which is obviously wrong. No problems with hotel.

Everything, hot showers plenty of room, little extras and great location

The room was spacious, I loved the little extras (bickies and chocs). They also had a good sized coffee cup and plenty of milk which was very welcome for our very early departure. Also nice hot shower was so nice after a long day travelling.
