Recepção e acolhimento. Localização do hotel. Apoio no estacionamento. Informações sobre o turismo.

Para aceder ao quarto, tinha que passar no meio de um restaurante. Penso que é desagradavel, porque atrapalha o jantar e a experiencia gastronomica destes clientes, achei constrangedor atravessar o restaurante nestas condições e sugiro uma rota alternativa das aceder aos quartos.

La habitación que es muy bonita aunque se echo en falta iluminación

Que había humedad en el baño,y cuando puse el jacuzzi empezó a oler a agua podrida y no pude hacer uso de el,además al meterme en el jacuzzi empezó a crujir como si se fuese a romper(peso 52 kg),también faltaba iluminación en la habitación,a las 3 de la mañana alguien empezó a hacer ruido con el carro de limpieza y a las 8:30 de la mañana un escándalo las personas de la limpieza que no era normal
