"Not happy at all, one would think because of the area the place would be more neater."

The place and bedding smelled very bad. It smelled as though someone had slept in the bed the night before us, with a strong oily hair smell. The cushions were also dirty. The extractor fan in the bathroom is not working, and the soap dispensers are also not functioning properly. The shower door does not seal properly, which causes water to leak onto the floor. I also enquired on Friday about a hairdryer for the room, and I was informed that there would be one available. However, there was no hairdryer in the room. The front door handle and lock are also faulty. In addition, the security at the gate simply opened the gate for us from inside his cubicle. He did not even come outside to confirm whether we were guests staying there.
