locatie is far from durbanville centre, price/quality was top, breakfast whoah ... not to great

room service is only until 9 - there is no food available

We were moved to another room as the 1st room had water on the floor due to the air conditioner. The 2nd room wasn't cleaned properly. There was still dust on the counters. The shower haven't been washed in a very long time. And everything just felt grubby. We found a kids toy as well, which just shows that it wasn't cleaned properly. the swimming pool area also had chip papers laying around, the umbrella was torn, the chairs wasn't even put out nicely. Was just very disappointed over all in the entire hotel. Won't go there again until new and better management has taken over.

Room was very clean with fresh sheets and towels. Feel safe. Beautiful gardens and enjoyed the pool.

Place looked tired as if manager went on holiday for a month. Hallways dirty and not swept. Dirty cutlery at breakfast. Dirty sugar holder. Decided not to have breakfast there again. Even the goodbye sign entrance needs a wash as well as gates which need new bearings as they squeak so. Before covid was a regular visitor and first since covid. Will look at other options in the future.

Pet friendly, security good.

The area was dodgy when I walked to the shopping centre. Rather drive.

No security, no staff, dirty pool, place looked very run down. We left a note at reception and left to find somewhere else to stay

Didn’t have the rooms available even though booking.com accepted our booking. They had to give us out of order rooms to assist us

All garden lights not working. Garden unkept. Rooms ok. Cleaners not professional

There was no hot water to shower
