The televisions weren’t working nor the air condition to heat was proper. After ringing to advise the tv not working a rude worker came and told us to shift to the next door room and did not give us space to move and stood there like we were being evicted. He turned off the lights while my husband was still trying to put his shoes on and he had to tell him to wait and let him put shoes on. The tv in the new room was not working either only one was at the bottom floor not the bedroom one so we just gave in. The air condition was not working in the bedroom one to heat. Felt itchy in the beds and afterwards. There were no curtains in the bedroom so we didn’t sleep all night either the lights flaring glaring in kids didn’t enjoy it and didn’t sleep. Was the worst experience ever there.

The room was worth the amount I paid. Had everything we needed Appreciated that we were able to check I’m after hours as we were travelling from Palmerston North

Cleanliness was appalling. My daughter lifted the drain in the shower and the amount of hair and muck that came out was disgusting. She touched it so was disappointed by that. The shower wasn’t as clean as I expected. Internet would drop all the time so wifi was terrible The single bed had a brown stain and the throw blankets smelt unclean. The carpet felt sticky and damp. Also with two children and two adult there were only 2 towels available

I liked nothing. The 2 units we booked were disgusting

Kitchen utensils dirty, floor not vacuumed, lights were sparking, beds old, no curtain in room, stench of cigarette.

The cleaning staff were cool, the receiptionist could do with some customer service training.

The bathroom door and shower door wouldn't shut properly, The linen was clean but the bed very uncomfortable.

The location is great for what we paid for

The blankets are thin for winter, we felt little cold during the night and there were no slippers in the toilet that really discomfort the bathroom experience

Dirty needs a thorough clean...drains and toilet had blockage no remote for.tv ironing board with no iron couch had alot of rips in material overall alot of wear and tear...
