Stayed 2 nights and not enough room for 2 suitcases so kept one in the car. Room was not serviced properly after the first night. Free Wifi not completely true as there was a cap of 1GB.

Bella Vista Napier is Ok but no longer for me. Location is great, room was clean. Disappointing was check-in. Owner suddenly wanted to charge 1.5% on top of agreed price for payment with credit card. For me this is like saying that the motel does not see me as welcome guest but instead as a cash cow. Sorry, but no more Bella Vista for me.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and updated. Free parking. Wifi was not good - very slow. Hotel is close to Marine Parade. Walkable to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Room was perfect for 2; would have been a bit small for more than 2.

Price was exhorbitant compared to previous Bella Vistas, and Room 2 that we were in. especially in the bathroom, on entering the bathroom the floor dipped down on entering because on the shower, quite dangerous for some, water from shower just about got to the the toilet.
