Ista Suites Seef

The hotel is a located very near to most of the shopping malls, surrounding area is little under developed but over all its nice location. Quiet area and away from busy streets. A little hard to find taxi as you need to walk to a mall to catch a taxi. Breakfast was nice with continental choice.

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment during my stay. The apartment was big and nicely decorated. Very spacious for a stay with a family. Wifi is available, FOC. Good location in Seef area, nearby to Seef Mall, City Center & Diplomatic area. Comments: - the furniture in the apartment looks old and worn-out. - cleanliness is not up to par as it looks like the apt was not properly maintained. - free parking is available. - breakfast menu is limited.

This hotel is great if you want to party all night...but terrible if you want to sleep sometime during the night. We stayed on a weekend and both nights there was extremely obnoxious Arab music playing very very loud and all night into the next morning. I guess the hotel staff tried to get them to turn it down and they refused. The place tried to be elegant but it was very worn with dirt in the corners. There is a lot of construction right next to the hotel with that noise that starts early. On the good side, it is large with a small kitchen that was a plus. The beds were clean and comfortable and the marble tile and large bath in the master bedroom was nice. Ask for towels at check-in because they only leave you one. Bring water because they say they provide 2 complimentary bottles but we never got them. The breakfast was O.K. with typical selections. Nothing special. It's in a good location if you want to go to a mall.

i had a very bad experience in this hotel ,, and was shocked with the way the front desk staff how they deal with the customers! and also the rooms are dirty and the towels are dirty too!! and when you ever complain the easiest thing front desk say "go and do your check out!
