Sicuramente la struttura è bella, la colazione più che soddisfacente e alcuni dello staff molto professionali.

Purtroppo alcuni servizi non erano disponibili. Ristorante e bar chiusi perché abbiamo soggiornato a Pasqua ma questo l'ho scoperto soltanto prima di arrivare mandando un messaggio allo staff. Due notti di soggiorno e la stanza non è stata rassettata né pulita. Il parquet è rimasto pieno di polvere. Ad una nostra richiesta ci rispondono che a Pasqua non svolgono quel servizio e che per due notti di soggiorno non è previsto. Avevo chiesto una culla e non l'ho trovata in stanza e ho dovuto richiederla nuovamente, mi stata portata successivamente insieme agli asciugamani per la terza persona in stanza. Per due notti di soggiorno dover perdere tempo appena arrivati per sistemare tutte queste cose non è auspicabile considerando il livello dell'albergo.
