Property Notes

If guests require the hotel to send booking confirmation to an embassy (for visa procedures), please be informed that the hotel will charge the full, nonrefundable amount of reservation costs to the guest's credit card beforehand. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 60 PLN per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge. A cleaning service is available after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, please let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
