"Disappointing front of house staff and duty manager"

Location and room were good

Reception staff both at check in and check out were not interested. At check out I was the only person standing at the desk and two staff looked at me and proceeded to start a new conversation with each other. One eventually interacted with me.

A mi llegada dije que madrugaria mucho para salir con la bici sobre las 6,15. Recepción me dijo que llamando al timbre abriría. No ha sido así ni contestó el teléfono. Subí el peso por las escaleras y vi que había alguien en Recepción

"Falsk marknadsföring, smutsigt utvändigt och dåligt bemötande."

Badrummet

Falsk marknadsföring. Poolen och jacuzzin hade inget vatten. Spa:et var i realiteten ett sunkigt gym i källaren med en ”bastulåda” för 1-2 personer. Utomhusmiljön var skitig och inte underhållen på länge. Frukosten undermålig och personalen var inte tillmötesgående då vi ville få någon form av ersättning för att kompensera oss. Några timmar efter att vi lämnat hade hotellet uppdaterat att de inte hade poolen öppen.
