Buena ubicación, habitación amplia y cama cómoda.

La persona que me atendió en recepción me indicó que, al haber hecho la reserva con un tercero, mis beneficios como miembro de Minor hotels no iban a ser aplicados. El año pasado sí fueron aplicados y, esta misma semana también fueron aplicados en el NH Viena Airport, donde también hice la reserva con Booking. Creo que deberían aclarar la política interna y hacerla homogénea para todos los hoteles del grupo

Ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten, hervorragendes Frühstück. Nah an der Altstadt. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Es ist ein Standardhotel mit guter Qualität, die leider an einigen Stellen nachlässt. Insgesamt aber immer noch gut, das Personal ist sehr bemüht, Fehler schnell zu beheben. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn bei dem Preis auch noch der Wellnesszugang inklusiv gewesen wäre.
