Nice location interesting history and saunas were lovely and great breakfast

We booked a room with seaviews and double doors , comfy couch and a table on the balcony and ended up with a partial seaviews , one window , no couch and small table on balcony. On the second day there was a wedding, kitchen was restricted for that day and the party went on until 1 am. We complaint about the room which was charged out I high season cost over 440 a night, wrong room provided and also complaint about the wedding. In all fairness if there is a wedding and you know there be loud music until 1 am and the kitchen is not available, at least update the guest , and provide the option at least they could choose to cancel the booking. The price was overrated for a small room with half looking at a wall and trees instead of the Seaview promised. After talking to general manager about it they offered a 80.- refund for the noise and 2 bottles of water. For a such a high star hotel and history of being in the hotel industry for 9 generations , we have never felt so disappointed and stressed after not being able to sleep, the relaxing weekend turned quickly to a let’s get the hell out of here and never return. Sad to have spent a lot of money for poor managment of the events ( wedding)surely planned months ago and not informing alte as y booked guest. Pillows were very small and uncomfortable and no coffee machine or even a tea maker in the room for such a high star hotel with according to history a generational passing on . We definately will not return to that place

Wunderbares Ambiente, schöner Park mit altem Baumbestand, phantastischer Blick auf den See und Lindau... Sehr nettes Personal...und nicht zu vergessen...das Strandbad , ein absolutes Schmuckstück...schöner Spabereich..

Nichts.... Das das ein altes Gebäude ist und somit die Zimmer veraltet, weiß man vorher.. Natürlich kostet die Instandhaltung auch....( Parkgebühr etc, Restaurant hochpreisig)

Lage des Hotel wirklich sehr gut. Direkt am See. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab viel Auswahl.

Wlan leider sehr schlecht. Wir waren zu dritt ind unterschiedlichen etagen, leider bei allen das WLAN sehr schlecht. Bei dem Preis sollte doch der Preis des Parkplatzes mit dabei sein

Fra start til slut en fantastisk oplevelse og første ferie hvor vores Golden Doodle Nora var med. Udsigten formidabel og Strand Bad bare en fornøjelse som at gå tilbage i tiden på bedste vis: )

Schönes reichhaltiges Frühstück die Lage einfach super die Zimmer sind sehr Sauber. Alle Angestellten sind sehr Freundlich und Zuvorkommend.

Das man den Parkplatz pro Tag extra Bezahlen musste.

Scheppernder Fensterladen nachts im Sturmwind Obwohl 3 Nächte gebucht, waren nur 2 Nächte im System vorgesehen. Wir konnten zum Glück im letzten Moment verlängern…

Das Haus ist wie erwartet. Dem Alter entsprechend (Jugendstil) aber mit Charme. Die Zimmer sind klein aber gemütlich. Indiskutabel ist nach unserer Erfahrung das Personal. Viele Bewertungen erwähnen die Freundlichkeit. Ja, ok. Aber das ist normal Standard keine besondere Qualität und in dieser Preisklasse schon gar nicht, das setze ich voraus. Service Mitarbeitende sind nicht ausgebildet, da reichen 10 Min. Beobachtung nach Ankunft um das zu erkennen. Kellner hat nichts dabei, muss deshalb nach 5 Min nochmals zurückfragen was bestellt wurde. Auch diesmal hat er nichts um unseren Tisch abzuwischen und auch nichts um den Nebentisch abzuräumen. Alle Kellner laufen mehrfach „leer“… Noch ein Bsp.: Sonderwunsch (ab Karte) beim Diner an meinem Geburtstag: 1. Person: „Das geht nicht“ 2. Person: „Kein Problem“ 3. Person: bringt etwas völlig anderes, falsches und das mehr als eine Stunde nach der Bestellung … Die Zubereitung des Essens war an allen drei Abenden sehr gut. Zuvor am Nachmittag beim Badestrand möchte meine Frau ein Stück Kuchen: „Kommt später, wenn er überhaupt kommt“. Frage meiner Frau: „kann ich ein Stück für meinen Mann reservieren, er hat Geburtstag?“ „Reservieren machen wir nicht“! Tut mir leid, das geht einfach nicht in dieser Preisklasse. So jemand gehört nirgendwo an die Front, hier schon gar nicht. Das alles sind Führungsthemen und hat nichts mit Personalknappheit zu tun, weshalb wir das Haus in keiner Weise empfehlen können.
