This hotel was terrible under staffed, the cleaning was poor again lack of staff. It should also be made clear the payment in cash is require on arrival

Personne à la réception à l'arrivée à 10:30! Au bout d'1/4 d'h d'attente je pars à la recherche de qq'un. Une jeune fille me dit qu'elle va venir : de nouveau 1/4 d'h d'attente.Chambre pas prête : je laisse mes bagages retour 17 h chambre toujours pas prête. L'hôtel est loin de dubrovnik (1 seule ligne de bus à proximité et arrêt de bus retour difficile à trouver. Bien que près de la routePersonnel très serviable et désireux d'aider : impression de billets, petit déjeuner avant l'heure prévue . Bien que près de la route les chambres sont assez bien insonorisées...moins à l'intérieur

Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast. The staff are lovely and very helpful and the location is good for buses or boats each way to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. Nice beaches and a park near by and easy walking distance to Mlini which is nicer than Srebreno. The pool is small and needs more loungers but it’s a lovely setting and is clean. The down side is the traffic noise as it is beside a very busy road and our rooms needed some repairs and painting. We got a good discount but I wouldn’t pay full price because of the lack of maintenance.

Bra rum. Frukosten mycket ojämn. Gammalt bröd och dåligt kaffe samt att mycket tog slut för att komma tillbaka när man lämnat den trånga frukostmatsalen drar ner omdömet, Bra omgivning i Srbreno med badstrand och hyfsade restauranger.

The host is charming, very helpful and hospitable even leaving us a delicious homemade cake, amongst other things. Best part is the pool, good for sunbath, drinking and even BBQ! Wifi worked well. Able to do washing and meal preparation. There was no problem with arranging a baby cot for our daughter, we were also provided a high chair during our stay. The property was generally very good and in a great location close to the bottom end of the main high street and coast/harbour. Highly recommended!

Perfect location 10min away from Dubrovnik by bus and nearest beach is 500m down. Great place with warm staff (we even had a welcome drink + concert on one night).

ich hatte für die Übernachtung vom 09.08.17 auf den 10.08.17 gebucht. Kurzfristig musste ich die Übernachtung um einen Tag verschieben. Dies war lt. Inhaber kein Problem, so dass wir erst am 10.08 angekommen sind und beim einchecken wussten die Damen nichts von uns. Erst ein Anruf beim Chef wurde klar, dass wir in ein andere Unterkunft (nicht zu ihm gehörend) vertröstet wurden. Lt. dem Chef war dort noch was frei, dem war aber nicht so. Wir standen also auf der Straße und hatten kein Zimmer. Die zweite Unterkunft die uns geannt wurde war belegt. Dieses Verhalten war Besucherunfrendlich, unmöglich und.... Eigentlich kann ich meine Wut usw nicht in Worte fassen. Glücklicherweise hatten wir durch Zufall noch eine andere Unterkunft gefunden. Diese war dann auch wesentlich günstiger.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Pieni miinus oli, että henkilökunta ei pääosin osannut englantia ollenkaan. Ystävällisyydellään paikkasivat tämän puutteen. Pihalla oli uima-allas, vaikkakin allas ja allasalue olivat aika pieniä. Aamupala oli hyvä, mutta aamupalan jälkeen ei ollut mahdollisuuksia ostaa edes juotavaa. Onneksi iso ostoskeskus sijaitsee välittömässä läheisyydessä.
