Located in the Pallanza area of Verbania, Italy. Close to the ferry for trips to other areas on the Lake as well as the Borromeo Islands with their palaces and gardens. Several restaurants and shops nearby

We loved the location. We were running in the half marathon, it was so close to the start line. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff very helpful.

Wir hatten ein kleines, aber absolut adäquat eingerichtetes Zimmer im dritten Stock mit wunderbarem Ausblick über den See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse abwechselungsreich. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, vor allem auch Schiffstouren, ideal, aber kein Hotel, in dem man einen längeren Urlaub verbringen möchte, denn über den Tag konnte man sich dort eigentlich nicht aufhalten. Es sei denn, man wollte die ganze Zeit nur auf dem Bett liegen.

Die zwei Balkone unseres Zimmers waren zwar so klein, dass nur je eine Person darauf stehen konnte, aber der Ausblick von dort auf den See und die Berge war riesig! Die Parkplatzsituation war sehr angespannt, aber Motorräder dürfen in die Garage! Die Verständigung erfolgte in englisch. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schönes Mittelklassehotel direkt am Lago Maggiore. Frühstück ausreichend. Zentrumsnah. Ideales Hotel für ein paar Tage am Lago Maggiore.

The hotel is small and very friendly. The staff are courteous and extremely helpful with a good standard of English. It was beautifully clean everywhere. Room large and well furnished and with an excellent bathroom. Location is brilliant - overlooking the lake, close to restaurants and bars and convenient for the ferry.

We stayed here on B&B basis for one week found it very convenient, comfortable and clean - location couldn't have been better - staff spoke many languages and were always very helpful. The lake is just across the road and there are many restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal. You don't have to have a car, transport is very good - for shopping you will have to go to larger resorts and every day of the week there are markets somewhere where you can always find something. The three islands, Maggiore Express and some of the villas with beautiful gardens are worth visiting. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and I am sure you will too.
