Por lo que respecta al personal muy educado y atento, el hotel también está bien, limpio y es cercano a las playas, también el restaurante. Pero tuvimos una incidencia que no solucionaron, el aire acondicionado goteaba constantemente y estaba la entrada totalmente encharcada así los dos días.

No me gustó que no se podía ver la TV por el mal mantenimiento del hotel, además me dijeron que iban a pasar a solucionarlo y lo dejaron tal y como estaba, vale que sea barato pero pero pago por un servicio da igual el precio… Y si dan un servicio tiene q ser completo y si no tener una resolución del problema rápida, un poco decepcionante la verdad, ya que no me lo solucionaron y no me dieron ninguna opción…

El peor hotel en el que he estado. El primer dia nos entregaron la llave de la habitacion y no habia sido limpiada, el suelo estaba sucio, la ducha estaba mojada, habia una toalla humeda. En los 4 dias no cambiron ni toallas ni sabanas. La tele no conseguimos pararla en ningun momento (tampoco funcionaba). Desperfectos en las habitaciones como zocalos o juntas de suelo a medio colocar o despegado. La puerta del baño costaba mucho de abrir y cerrar, suelo oxidado, secador quemado. Agujeros en el techo del baño y el comedor. Camas incomodas. Humedades en el techo del parking. Servian yogures caducados, botellas de leche sucias, no podias coger la comida aun siendo bufet, te lo tenian q servir ellos. Fallos en el ascensor (se paso un piso y lo bajo de golpe dando un frenazo)
