De parking die vermeld was in de aanbieding bleek een publieke ondergrondse parking te zijn. Niet privé, maar wel dichtbij gelegen. De badkamer is verouderd. De spiegel was deels onbruikbaar door de ouderdom. Het sanitair heeft ook zijn beste tijd gehad. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig. De eieren, spek en worstjes waren koelkast koud. De stekker van het verwarmingstoestel zat in een stekkerblok, maar de schakelaar van deze stekkerblok stond uit. Dit laat ook zien dat alles al de vorige dag klaar gemaakt was en niet vers was.
