"No volvería"

La ubicación era buena, las camas cómodas y calientes

La atención de uno de los recepcionistas creo que se llamaba Alfredo o algo así, fué pésima, nos trató bastante mal porque se nos calló un poco de agua al piso y lo limpiamos con un paño y cuando pedimos que nos cambiaran el paño nos trató muy mal, además se enojaba si salíamos de noche y no nos quería abrir la puerta cuando teníamos que irnos, los otros si nos trataron bien pero ese muchacho en especial no debería de trabajar atendiendo a nadie

Que me dieron un cuarto con TV que no funcionaba , y que al otro día pregunté por el desayuno y me dijo el joven que se tenía que avisar si se va a tomar desayuno un día antes . Y yo contaba con el desayuno porque tenía que ir al aeropuerto . Y me dijo que el horario que Booking dice que se sirve desayuno no es . Que es a las 7:30 . Bueno la cosa que me fui a tomar desayuno afuera con mis cosas . Mala informa porque en la página dice desayuno incluido . Y tampoco nadie me dijo al registrarme si quería tomar o no el desayuno. Y los cuartos se escucha absolutamente todo ! Mas q no funcionaba la TV era incómodo poder usar la habitación

Posizione fantastica, staff cordiale e check-in chiaro e veloce. Camera buona ed esattamente come descritta. Prezzo nella media per la posizione.

Il letto faceva abbastanza rumore anche solamente girandosi.

"Encantador y seguro !"

Excelente ubicación muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor. El Señor Bigotes es un gran anfitrión, un minino tierno. Su interior es cálido y abrigado, se puede descansar muy bien. El desayuno sabroso, variado con ingredientes frescos. El personal siempre atento y pendiente de sus clientes.

Habitación dentro de un patio, tranquilo y con buenas instalaciones. Céntrico a dos cuadras de la plaza de armas y con personal amable. Nos guardaron nuestra maletas para poder ir a Puerto Maldonado.

The bed is so big and comfortable. The shower section is beautiful. The TV works and is placed at a beautiful angle. The lamp is also beautiful.
