Cameră spațioasă (studio cu balcon), aer condiționat, un pat confortabil și curățenie în fiecare dimineață.Hotelul este foarte aproape de plajă.Restaurantul este foarte bun, mâncare suficientă și de calitate ( am optat pentru demipensiune, mic dejun tip bufet iar cina a la carte).

Locație foarte bună, aproape de plajă, cu acces facil peste tot. Mic dejun foarte bogat. Curat și liniștit. Personalul foarte amabil și receptiv. Parcare sigură și bancomat „corect”, de bancă, fără comisioane ascunse. Camere foarte generoase. Raport preț/calitate excelent. Foarte bun pentru familii.

Personal amabil, aproape de plajă, cafea bună.

DEZAMAGITOR. Nu știu prin ce împrejurări a ajuns hotelul asta sa aibă un scor așa de bun (9.4) pe Booking. De la un miros îmbâcsit și vechi, la geamuri fără plasa de țânțari, lipsă prosoape (a trebuit sa cerem de la recepție in a 3 a zi), aer conditionat foarte gălăgios și cu un miros neplăcut, ușa dintre camere nefuncționale, deplasata din balamale și blocata in pardoseală, canapelele din a doua camera murdare si cu un miros de vechi, mucegai in baie și curățenie superficială, mai adăugăm și faptul ca în toate cele 7 zile de sejur s-a servit un mic dejun sărăcăcios și identic in fiecare dimineață și ajungem la o vacanta aproape ratată. Stațiunea in sine este faină și orașul Nesebar situat la doar 5km au salvat efortul celor 655 km făcuți de acasă pana la hotel. Vom reveni cu siguranță la Sunny Beach, dar în mod sigur nu la Lotus Hotel.
