Beautiful property with views over the e bay. Very attentive staff when needed. Mandy was incredibly helpful with communication, check in process, local recommendations, etc. Loved the soaking tub. Very nice breakfast.

View out over the Naval Base, but we chose that with the location. Bed was extra firm which is not our preference.

A welcoming Guesthouse with stunning views of False Bay. Mandy our host was very helpful in advising on the local area and how to arrange taxis from and to the accommodation which was very high up on Harbour Heights. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The bedroom was spacious with a comfy bed and balcony with amazing views of the bay and a compact kitchen area that met our needs.

The exceptional steep access to the property and the number of stairs. Although there was a short cut to the low road into the centre of Simonstown, the steps were very steep and difficult to negotiate for anyone with mobility issues. Fortunately we were able to utilise local taxis easily. The bathroom although adequate had a damp smell, especially when the window was closed.

Super schöne Villa mit Blick auf den Hafen von Simon‘s Bay! Hervorragendes Frühstück mit Kaffee von der Maschine. Grosses Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Teeset etc. Mandy ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und ist einem mit allem behilflich. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Zu bedenken: Zur Unterkunft führen einige Treppen und ein steiler Weg. In der Unterkunft gibt es ebenfalls Treppen.

If you want to walk, there's lots of step steps, not for the faint hearted.

Lovely guesthouse with spacious rooms and fantastic views and protected balconies from which to enjoy these. The breakfasts were great, with a variety of delicious a la carte hot breakfast options (you have to try the jaffle for an authentic South African experience). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Special shoutout to Adams who waited patiently for us after our late flight was delayed and we arrived much later than planned. The honesty bar and freely accessible hospitality area with tea and coffee is a lovely touch.

I was in Room 6 and the only electrical outlet not behind the bed or TV cabinet was an extension cord mounted above the skirting under the desk This meant I had to crawl under the desk every time I wanted to charge my electronics or use the iron. Mounting the extension cord on the wall above the desk would make life much easier for guests.

The staff was absolutely amazing. From check-in to other inquiries, everything was handled in a very friendly and supportive way The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious. The B&B is located on a hill quite close to the main street. You can definitely walk to the center. Overall amazing stay!
