Ground flood suited my disability and the grab rails in the bathroom were very helpful. Bed was very comfortable too.

I would have expected a dining facility on site for the rating it had .

Our first real experience of a Motel/Resort and it was amazing. We only stayed for two nights but could have been longer and we still wouldn't have had time to try all the facilities. The room is slightly dated but has to be the cleanest we have ever been it-spotless! A warning when you first get there you think the room smells - welcome to Rotorua 😂 the hot water areas are all around so slight smell of sulphur. The staff were excellent - my wife left some jewellery in the safe and we were contacted within a couple of hours of leaving 🙏 100% recommended.

Nothing except the slight smell of sulphur which is the scent of Rotorua (you quickly get used to it) Also makes for spectacular skies we had a bright yellow sky one night.

This place never disappoints everything you need

I loved the room we used and how it was clpse to the pool and playground for my kids, loved loved loved the complimentary activities onsite makes it more fun to experience our stay.

There was nothing to complain about.

The property was tired and a bit far from the main area of town.
