Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

Coze little All Invlusive Hotell in the amazingly beautiful Belle Mare. Rooms and all hotellarea was great. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Beautiful sea and beach with free snorkling-trips to one of the best snorklings i visited every day. The food could be improved. Not the quality but the choise of food very boring and no easy grab to go like pastas, burgers, pizza slices and so on. There should be more easy fastfood to choose between. Had a great stay overall! Worth the price compared to the other superexpensive hotels on the beach.

We stayed for two weeks in mid- to late-January, and although we were a little apprehensive about the rain, it only hammered down for about ten minutes every day or two, and was otherwise extremely hot and sunny. We liked the style of the beaches, the quieter atmosphere and the breeze which kept us cool and the mosquitoes away. So many other 'swankier' hotels looked more impersonal, and it seemed you might have to walk miles just to 'nip back to your room' to get something, but not here. Other places didn't have as good sand or beach area, or snorkelling, so we definitely felt we had best value for money. The hotel itself was small (70 rooms) and intimate - we really felt as if we got to know the other guests by sight or by chatting, and the staff were very courteous, helpful, very friendly and even fun! Facilities on the beach were superb, although of course it suffers from the same blight as other beach resorts in that you should get down there early to get your towel out (simply because everyone else does). A simple notice saying this is not allowed would solve this! We snorkelled for hours, and there were free daily trips out to the best place near the reef. I was taught to sail, went windsurfing, and took out pedaloes and canoes - all for free. The food was buffet-style, and plentiful and tasty, with a good variety of cooked and salad. Breakfast was also as large as you want it, with a promptly-cooked style of eggs. We can't believe we're not there any more! :-(

Dinning room and Bar both had rundown furniture, unclean and sticky with food particles. One has a feeling that guests are there to be robbed. Bathroom had only one small bar of soap for hand wash and shower water down soap-shampoo in a dispenser. Hotel was rated 3.5 star if I remember correct on internet when I booked. I would give 2stars. These two stars for location and gardens.

Het hotelpersoneel is Klantvriendelijk. Het strand is erg mooi. Het hotel heeft een glasboot om te snorkelen en onder water te kijken, je kunt surfen, een zeilboot gebruiken, kanoën, surfen of heerlijk op het strand liggen

Gostei com restrições! Quarto amplo, limpo e confortável. Café da manhã excelente, almoço não gostei muito (pouca variedade e sem tempero nas comidas) e o jantar era um pouco melhor, mas a nota não passa de razoável. O vinho e a cerveja do all inclusive cumpriam bem com o esperado. O wifi é horrível. Tive dificuldade em utilizar. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e dedicados. O problema é o alto custo de transporte de taxi pela ilha. Viagens curtas são um absurdo pela curta quilometragem. Achei um roubo! Já as longes não achei tão caras pela distância e tempo que levam. A ilha é bem segura e utilizar taxis é muito necessário. Não tem Uber. Tem grátis para uso na praia os caiaques, pedalinhos, windsurf, laser, hobbie cat e barco com fundo de vidro.Tudo em bom estado!! Pelo custo x benefício acho q vale a pena. Mas não gostei do almoço e do jantar. Até emagreci!!!

Wir hatten Allinklusiv gebucht und auch bekommen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und durch die Palmen konnte man das Meer erahnen. Das Bad ist richtig groß, mit einer sehr guten Dusche. Die brauchte man auch da die Klimaanlage nicht so funktionierte wie sie sollte. Das Essen ist in diesem Hotel nicht von guter Qualität! Das Frühstückangebot war täglich gleich. U .a. Zwei Sorten billigen Käse und zwei Sorten Wurst. Etwas Obst das Geschmacklich nicht dem entspricht worauf man sich auf einen tropischen Insel so freut. Der Kaffee war gerade noch so das man ihn trinken konnte. Kleine !! Löffel gibt es in diesem Hotel nur wenige! Das Abendbuffet lässt viele Wünsche offen und ist geschmacklich fade. Wenn man etwas nicht mag gibt es keine Alternative. Das Nachspeisenbuffet ist auch nicht wirklich gut. Das Unterhaltungsangebot ist teilweise so laut das eine Unterhaltung am Tisch nur schwer gelingt. Am ersten Tag hatten wir zwei große und zwei kleine Handtücher. an den darauf folgenden Tagen bekamen wir nur noch ein kleines Handtuch und am letzten Tag keins mehr. Erst nach Nachfrage wurden dann wieder zwei! kleinen Handtücher ins Zimmer gelegt.

Stayed 4 nights. Good value for a 3 star hotel. I can usually find something to eat on an all inclusive buffet but food was poor and repetitive, white wine in the all inclusive was terrible, explains why I only saw people drinking red! Lovely beachfront location and the staff are some of the friendliest I've ever come across. So if you want a lovely beach holiday with plenty of water based activities, this hotel will suit you. Good spa, wifi in room worked well, small shop, gym and library area. Entertainment each evening, dance groups, karaoke etc. Transfer from airport took about 1 hour. Town of Belle Mare is a 20 min walk away with a few souvenir shops. Ask for one of the newly refurbished rooms facing the sea. First room I was given was dark and dingy with no sunlight. They were happy to change it and what a difference, new room was bright and airy with lovely sea view.
