"Foul Strong Smell"

Horrible service in every since of the word. The housekeepers clothes need washing everyday. The smell from smoke and alcohol make you want to throw up in your mouth. Hire a temporary cleaning crew. We were here during covid, and the staff was very short of help. At least I can say they TRIED, the staff now they don't wipe counter, not vacuum, don't wipe mirrors make up a sloppy bed. We pay all this money to be treated like motel 6. We'll not staying for the lights to stay on. I loved my 2 floor room, but threw the whole staff away managers included.

"Nice hotel but maintenance and housekeeping is an issue"

Let me start by saying that while my two months there on business, the hotel, the accommodation, and the front desk staff were all quite pleasant. Regretfully, the hotel's upkeep and housekeeping services were subpar. There were only two guest washers at the hotel when I got there, and one of them was already broken. Three weeks later, the other one broke. I had to go downtown to have my things washed because neither of the washers had been fixed by the time I left. After a month or so, the ice maker on my floor broke (the one on the third level was already broken), and by the time I departed to return home, neither had been fixed. Regarding the housekeeping service, I would leave my "do not disturb" sign on the door for a week at a time because I am a very tidy person and try to keep the room as clean as possible. However, when I removed the sign and the room was serviced, all they did was wipe the surfaces and give me clean towels (one time they only gave me one set of towels). I could see that the person never really cared about changing the bed linens or sweeping the rugs. I had to expressly ask them to change my bedding each time I had to go down to the front disk. Overall, it wasn't an awful stay, but I will try my best to book the Homewood Suites in Fayetteville the next time.

"Amazing place!!!"

I just want to say that Gail went above and beyond in service. That lady is an absolute god send and made the mornings enjoyable. A few other people to point out would be Rich, Jess, and another lady. I stayed two months here and they made it feel more like home instead of being in a strange place. Thank you everyone so much. Next time I come back to Bragg this is exactly where I want to be!!!

"Very friendly staff"

Very friendly staff clean comfortable room. I travel for work frequently and always prefer to stay here. Never had a problem staying here. Would very much recommend to anyone. Staff are always helpful and rooms are comfortable. 5 stars all the time

"Terrible experience, subpar performance by front desk, management and housekeeping"

There wasn’t much that was in control of the hotel staff that could’ve gone wrong that didn’t. First major issue: the front desk clerk gave another guest the key to my room. While I was sitting at the desk in the room doing work later one evening, I heard my room door open and thought it may have been the maintenance crew or housekeeping, but in rolls a guest with their luggage in tow. I mentioned that they have the wrong room, but they looked at their key packet and yes indeed, they were given the same room as I was (a day after I checked in). Second major issue: the internet wasn’t working using my room number and last name. The front desk clerk remedied this for me by providing an access code to access the network. Third major issue: the cleaning staff left a previous guest’s trash in the trash receptacle in my room upon me checking in. I wasn’t an early check in, so they had enough time to clean it prior to my arrival. I didn’t mention anything thinking that they would clean it the next time my room was serviced, but they didn’t empty the trash bin even after the next room cleaning service. They did eventually clean it after I mentioned it to the front desk clerk. Fourth major issue: there was mold in the shower. To clarify, this wasn’t a small amount, there was a large volume of black mold flakes coming off of the walls when the shower water would hit them. This wasn’t remedied during my stay. Fifth major issue (and I’m my opinion the worst of all): the staff completely messed up my folio invoice. When I went to complain about them giving another guest access to my room, they decided to give me a free night. I declined and mentioned that I was on business travel and needed my dates and travel expenses to match what my employer had previously approved. They didn’t listen and still gave me a free night, however, instead of reducing my room fees to $0 fire the night they wanted to give me, they deleted my check in for the first night, effectively messing up my reservation and making it look like I didn’t check in until the second day. When I mentioned this to them, the hotel staff said that they couldn’t correct it and needed to escalate it to their manager. The manager took 2 days to fix it and when I received my updated folio, he changed my room rate to a higher amount across the board and didn’t honor the original reservation I had made. They didn’t seem interested to help remedy this for me in a timely manner at all. Additionally, when I asked for the staff to add my original check in date back to my folio, they did, but added it as a “no show room recovery fee” which additionally portrayed it as me being a no-show on the first day, which isn’t accurate. I explained that I needed to submit these charges for expense reimbursement to my employer, but they didn’t seem to understand that I needed the original reservation I had made (including dates and rates) to be put back exactly. Now my folio is completely messed up and the rates/expenses are much higher than they should be. I rarely write bad reviews, but in this case, PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!

First off if you are here on business heed my advice and do not stay here. Heavens to Betsy I don’t know what kind of establishment that depends on business clients can run like this. Breakfast was laughable. No waffles for more than half my stay hit or miss with milk yogurt and fruit most days and lacking many more. Mainly microwaveable processed sandwiches that they were nice enough to microwave for you and keep in a warmer and a few more carbs for options. Coffee grounds in every sip of the mostly cold coffee.Unless you were up early. In the few weeks that we stayed we got new bedding twice. Clean towels a total of 3 maybe 4 times- after having to hunt down a house keeping trolly or down to front to get it ourselves if they even had it. Started to wash my dirty ones myself when I could wash. Didn’t mayter who I talked to about service either got a hardly clean “clean” or nothing. Do you guys not wash YOUR sheets at home but every 3 weeks? This is a HOTEL. Many hands make light work but apparently there aren’t many hands doing any work but collecting a check. There was also a point where there were no washing machines that worked on site. When 1 did you had to wait hours and constantly check and hope you were lucky enough to get it. And thank you dearly for the ostentatious doughnuts but I’d much prefer in the very least a clean room clean sheets and towels I don’t have to hunt for or wash myself and maybe some fruit and hot coffee- I don’t know maybe I’m asking to much or call me old fashioned.

"This is what you call home"

This is by far the best hotel in the area. They have an amazing staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Lena was absolutely the best she provided donuts and coffee to all guests and made the experience even better. If you're looking to book make sure to book here! This is the true definition of home
