料理が全て美味しかった

La atención que recibimos de la persona que nos atendió en la habitación hizo un esfuerzo traduciendo el menu para nosotros y era muy amable.

ALERTA: Si llevas tatuajes podrás hacer uso de las instalaciones pero a las 12 de la noche. No lo dejan tan claro y realmente pagas mucho dinero.

Amazing food and service. Great location, easy walk to Arima onsen town, additionally very convenient shuttle service. Front desk is very helpful, even if you don't speak Japanese that well. The traditional dinner and breakfast were the best food we had in Japan. Shout out to Emily who made our stay smooth and flawless.

Such a special property. Excellent onsen which during our visits never had more than two other guests. The in room dining was outstanding - the quality of the food (at dinner and breakfast) and exceptional service by Emily made for a most memorable stay. Drinks at the piano bar were a perfect start to an evening. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so very quiet. We would happily return!

・仲居さんが、気の利くとても感じの良い方でした ・お食事、やはり関西！お出汁がとても美味しく大変満足 ・部屋の冷蔵庫、コーヒーなど(１０種類以上)、おつまみ、ペットボトルの水が無料で、2泊目は補充もしてくれる ・茶香炉がいい香り ・Netflixが見れるテレビ

・2泊して、基本の料理は前日と違うメニューでしたが、お肉料理はなぜか少しアレンジはありましたがほぼ同じだったこと ・大浴場の男女入れ替えのみで、貸切風呂など、もう少し楽しめるお風呂があると良いなぁ ・お安めのホテルと同じようなシャンプー＆リンス ・居間のテレビが小さく、部屋の隅にあるので、見にくかった。 ・寝室には大きなテレビがあり良かったが、ベッドが壁にひっついておらず、ずっと背もたれがない状態で見るのが辛かった ・浴衣は2着ずつ用意してくれるが、パジャマがあるとうれしかった ・予約時に食事はテーブルと椅子にしてくれるとありがたいが、無理ならよいです。と伝えていたが最終確認でも回答がなく、到着するとテーブルだったのでお礼を言うと、今はどのお部屋もテーブル仕様とのこと。事前のメールのやり取りもしているので、準備してますよ、と教える方が感じが良い 今回初めて宿泊させてもらいました。 いろいろなお宿で2泊することが多く、特に料理は違うものをいただける楽しみがあるのですが、期待しすぎたのかもしれません。
