This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and reliable. They greeted us warmly every time we crossed paths, which made the stay even more memorable. The hotel offers a well-equipped laundry room that is free to use and very convenient. The gym and swimming pool are decent—not very large but sufficient. The room was quite spacious, and the minibar and small kitchen were satisfactory. Breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious overall. The location is also excellent, very close to Sarinah, Bundaran HI, and Grand Indonesia / Plaza Indonesia, making it easy to get around Jakarta.
