Not a 5 Star hotel - don’t lie to people

They went into the room while i was in the swimming pool and my wife was alone in the room taking a bath completely naked. She got super scared. Still waiting for an apologize

"For a five star hotel experience and price it’s okay. Nothing special. But still the stay was not disappointing."

Great location

Staff are not very professional and do not know how to conduct themselves as hotel staff. I was seated for 10 mins right infront of their bar and no one came until I had to call them.
